In good old Lotus Drivers Club tradition, we will be holding our annual Christmas get-together again this year at the 4-star Ardencote Hotel in Warwick, set in 83 acres of landscaped gardens, on Saturday 7 December 2024. We've got an evening filled with delicious food, great music, and wonderful company waiting for you.

Reserve your place for this year's celebration by completing the Event Registration form. Places are £44 per person and includes the cost of the 3-course meal. Refunds are accepted up to 14 days before event. Accommodation details are provided below.

Event Schedule:

• Bar opens at 7:00 pm
• Meal served at 8:00 pm
• Disco from 10:00 pm until 1:00 am
• Disco in the main function room, with seating available in the bar area

Cash-Free Celebration:

Ardencote is a cash-free venue, so please remember to bring your credit or debit card to enjoy your favourite drinks.

Mouthwatering Menu:

We have a delectable main menu for all attendees. Plus, we offer alternative menus for Vegetarians, Vegans, and those with Gluten-Free dietary needs. To ensure we cater to your preferences or allergies, please contact our organiser, Chris Brown, even if you've notified the hotel directly.

Accommodation Details:

Secure your accommodation on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable £50 deposit is required, with full payment due at least 14 days before the event. Special room rates of £145 B&B are available for members. Follow these steps to book your room:

• Visit www.ardencote.com
• Use the 'book now' or 'check availability' button for December 7th
• Enter 1 or 2 adults as search criteria
• Select 'search’
• Choose the 'Event Bed and Breakfast' rate and add a room to your online basket
• During booking, use the 'special requests' box and enter code XPARTY145 followed by the party organiser's name: Lotus Drivers Club.
• Once received, the Ardencote Reservations Team will confirm your rate by email as £145.00 Bed & Breakfast.

Rooms are available from 4:00 pm, so you can relax and prepare for the festivities. Enjoy access to the indoor swimming pool, gyms, squash courts, and tennis courts. Access to the Spa and Spa Treatments is subject to availability; make requests 14 days before arrival at spa@ardencote.com.
